How to use the rate list on a real mover call
Keep the rate list open when you speak to a mover, but do not read the table like a fixed menu.
Tell the mover your goods first, then listen to their quote. After that, compare the number with the rate list and ask the right question. If their price is above the band, ask what extra work is included. If their price is below the band, ask what is excluded. Both answers are useful.
The best outcome is not the lowest number. The best outcome is a Noida quote where BHK, packing, labour, truck, access, GST, insurance and payment terms are clear enough that move day feels predictable. Use the sample bill sections on the BHK and service guides when you want to compare line by line instead of trusting one total.
If the mover refuses to give a written split, keep the call polite and move to the next quote. Noida has enough sector, tower and access variation that a serious mover should ask questions before fixing the amount. A rate list is helpful only when the final quote respects the real pickup and drop situation.
For repeat comparison, save the quote screenshots in one folder. Name them Mover A, Mover B and Mover C with date and route. When move day pressure starts, you can quickly check who promised packing, GST, lift handling and unloading.
