How movers handle it
Ask for split delivery or staged unloading. The crew can place heavy items before puja, wait for the ritual, then unload the remaining goods. Waiting time must be written.
What not to leave unclear
Confirm lift slot, truck parking, puja timing, waiting charges and whether a second trip is needed. If the plan is only verbal, moving day will test everyone's patience.
