We are not a moving company. We do not perform moves. We do not take responsibility for the quality, timing, or outcomes of moves carried out by listed movers.

2. Lead Submission

When you submit a quote request on ShiftCompare:

You confirm that the information provided (name, phone, addresses, move date) is accurate.
You consent to ShiftCompare sharing your contact details with up to 3 verified movers who match your requirements.
You consent to receiving one WhatsApp confirmation message from ShiftCompare confirming your quote request.
You may receive calls or messages from matched movers. ShiftCompare is not responsible for the content of these communications.
One submission = one set of quotes. We do not re-submit leads or resell lead data.

3. Mover Listings

Movers listed on ShiftCompare have passed our verification process (GST verification, background check, minimum 12 months of active operations). However:

Listing on ShiftCompare is not an endorsement, guarantee, or warranty of service quality.
Pricing on comparison pages is indicative, based on historical data. Actual quotes from movers may differ.
ShiftCompare does not set, control, or guarantee the prices movers quote you.
Any contract for moving services is between you and the mover directly. ShiftCompare is not a party to that contract.

4. Pricing Information

Price ranges shown on ShiftCompare pages are sourced from market data and completed move records in the Delhi NCR region. They are provided for planning purposes only. Actual prices depend on: specific items being moved, floor number, elevator availability, distance, packing materials required, and seasonal demand. Always get a written quote from the mover before paying any advance.

5. No Liability for Move Outcomes

ShiftCompare is a comparison and referral platform. We are not liable for:

Damage to goods during transit
Mover no-shows or cancellations
Price disputes between you and the mover
Delays or missed timelines
Any fraud or misconduct by a listed mover

If you have a complaint about a mover found through ShiftCompare, contact us at hello [at] shiftcompare.in. We take complaints seriously and will review the mover's listing status. However, dispute resolution is between you and the mover directly.

6. Tools and Calculators

The moving cost calculator, GST checker, and moving checklist are provided as free tools for informational purposes. Calculator outputs are estimates only. GST checker validates number format only - it does not confirm live registration status (use gst.gov.in for live status). We are not liable for decisions made based on tool outputs.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on ShiftCompare.in - text, pricing data, sector guides, local intelligence - is original and owned by Bhudeva Mobility Network Pvt. Ltd. You may not reproduce, scrape, republish, or use our content without written permission. This includes using our content to train AI models.

8. Acceptable Use

You may not:

Submit fake or incomplete lead information
Use the site for commercial data scraping or competitive intelligence
Attempt to reverse-engineer our mover matching logic or database
Submit multiple leads for the same move to game the system
Misrepresent yourself as a mover to access lead data

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms. Material changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated terms.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Gurgaon, Haryana.
