This Privacy Policy describes how Bhudeva Mobility Network Pvt. Ltd. ("ShiftCompare", "we", "us") collects, uses, and shares information when you use ShiftCompare.in.
1. Information We Collect
Information you provide
- Lead form data: When you submit a quote request, we collect your name, phone number, current address, destination address, home size, and approximate moving date.
- Contact form data: When you contact us, we collect your name, email, and message.
Information collected automatically
- Analytics: We use Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to collect anonymised data about how you use the site - pages visited, time spent, device type, approximate location (city level). This data is processed by Google under their own privacy policy.
- Cloudflare Analytics: Our CDN provider Cloudflare collects basic traffic data (IP address anonymised, browser, pages visited) for security and performance purposes.
- Cookies: GA4 sets cookies for session tracking. Cloudflare may set cookies for security. We don't use advertising cookies or cross-site tracking cookies.
2. How We Use Your Information
- To connect you with up to 3 verified packers and movers who match your route and date
- To send you a WhatsApp confirmation of your quote request (via Make.com and WhatsApp Business API)
- To store your lead in our CRM (Zoho CRM) for follow-up and quality tracking
- To analyse site usage and improve the platform
- To respond to your contact form messages
3. How We Share Your Information
We share your contact information (name, phone, moving details) with a maximum of 3 verified movers who match your requirements. We don't sell your data to aggregators, brokers, or data marketers.
Service providers who process your data on our behalf:
- Zoho CRM: Stores lead information (Zoho Corp, India)
- Zoho Flow: Webhook automation between our form and CRM
- Make.com: Automation for WhatsApp confirmation messages
- Google Analytics: Traffic analytics (Google LLC, USA)
- Cloudflare: CDN and security (Cloudflare Inc., USA)
4. Data Retention
Lead data is retained in Zoho CRM for 24 months, after which it is deleted or anonymised. Analytics data is retained per Google's standard GA4 retention settings (14 months by default). Contact form messages are retained for 12 months.
5. Your Rights
Under applicable Indian law and, where applicable, GDPR:
- Right to access: You can request a copy of your personal data we hold
- Right to correction: You can ask us to correct inaccurate data
- Right to deletion: You can ask us to delete your personal data
- Right to withdraw consent: You can ask us to stop sharing your data with movers

6. Cookies
We use only necessary and analytics cookies. No advertising or cross-site tracking cookies are used. You can disable cookies in your browser settings. Disabling cookies won't affect your ability to use the site, but may affect some analytics functionality.
7. Children's Privacy
ShiftCompare is not directed to children under 18. We don't knowingly collect personal information from minors.
8. Changes to This Policy
If we make material changes, we'll update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
