Why ShiftCompare exists

I'm Tanuj. I run CratoShift.in, a licensed packers and movers company operating out of Gurgaon. In five years of operations, I've seen the same problem repeat itself: honest families lose ₹5,000-₹50,000 to fly-by-night movers who either don't show up, send untrained workers, or hold goods hostage at delivery demanding extra payment.

The platforms that were supposed to help - the big moving aggregators - had become part of the problem. They'd list anyone who paid for a listing, they'd earn from quantity over quality, and they'd flood users with 15 calls in the first hour. The consumer had no way to distinguish a legitimate GST-registered moving company from someone with a rented truck and a Google Business profile.

ShiftCompare is my attempt to fix the information gap. Every mover on this platform has been GST-verified and background-checked before listing. You get a maximum of 3 quotes - not 15 spam calls. The pricing data is real, sourced from actual completed moves in your specific area.

What makes us different

• Hyperlocal knowledge: We know that Sector 48 Gurgaon requires a 4-day elevator booking advance. We know that Sector 56 CGHS societies only allow trucks through the service gate, not the main entrance. Generic platforms don't know this - and that ignorance costs you time and money.
• Maximum 3 movers per lead: We don't sell your number to every registered mover in the NCR. You give us your contact once; it goes to 3 movers whose capacity, route, and availability match your requirement.
• Operator accountability: Every mover on ShiftCompare knows that a bad review from a ShiftCompare lead directly affects their standing. They're incentivised to deliver - not just pick up and disappear.

Our operations background

Bhudeva Mobility Network Pvt. Ltd. has been operational since 2024. Through CratoShift, we've directly handled thousands of moves across Delhi, Gurgaon, Noida, and Faridabad. We didn't build ShiftCompare from a technology startup's perspective - we built it from an operator's perspective. Every content page on this site is written from firsthand knowledge of what actually happens during a move.

Our verification process

Before any mover is listed on ShiftCompare:

1. GST number is verified against the official GST portal (must be Active status)
2. Business address and contact details are cross-verified
3. Mover must demonstrate active operations for a minimum of 12 months
4. Any mover with a police case or documented fraud is permanently excluded

This doesn't make every mover perfect. But it does remove the category of operators who are definitively fraudulent. The verified movers on ShiftCompare are legitimate businesses - they can be held accountable.
